Siddha–Sejal Group rehabilitates slum families

Siddha Group, a leading real estate developer, along with partners Sejal Group of Mumbai, have completed and obtained Occupation Certificate (OC) of two Slum Rehabilitation (SRA) towers comprising of 22 and 23 floors respectively, of its project Siddha Seabrook. This project is strategically located on Link Road, Kandivali (W), Mumbai, providing housing to over 450 families. The Open Sale Component of this project - Siddha Seabrook, rising 57 floors high with 282 exclusive apartments, is the tallest residential tower in Kandivali (W). It was completed in 60 months, inspite of Covid induced delays, and currently is under fit-out possession stage. The project offers 2 & 3 BHK residences along with a few 3BHK Sky Garden Premium apartments.
