315 Work Avenue (formerly known as Incubex NestaVera), has signed up a whopping 1.25 lakh sqft space in Bangalore across 2 CBD locations to cater to rising demand for flexible space. As part of its investment plan of around ₹100 crores announced recently, 315 Work Avenue aims to bolster its network across Bangalore and expand to Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai. Currently, the company manages around 3 lakh sqft office space across multiple prime locations in Bangalore and has around 6000 seats; it aims to touch around 25,000 seats this financial year. Services include coworking desks, private offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices. Its key clientele includes corporates who are in a growing phase and are looking for custom crafted workspaces.
