RAK Ceramics to set up a Plant in Gujarat

UAE based tile and tableware manufacturer Ras Al Khaimak (RAK) Ceramics plans to invest Rs.300 crore to set up a plant in Gujarat to expand the capacity of its existing plant in Andhra Pradesh. Rak Ceramics has the largest tile manufacturing plant in Samakot and competes with others aggressively. Tiles industry in India is growing fast in the country and hence the players expect more business in construction work being undertaken in the country both in commercial and residential space.
