Ikea plans for India

Swedish furniture maker, Ikea, has announced that it will double the sourcing of products and material from India to euro 600 million in upto four years. The company recently held its ground breaking ceremony for its first store in the country, which will come up in Hyderabad with an investment of Rs. 700cr. The store is planned to open in 2017, giving access to affordable, good quality home furnishing products.
