This large-scale partnership brings together two established players in the Gulf region’s infrastructure and real estate sectors. While BNW is among the fastest-growing private developers in Ras Al Khaimah, MAN Construction brings deep experience in delivering high-value, technically complex projects across the GCC—including hospitals, airports, and residential towers.
The agreement was signed in the presence of senior leadership from both companies. Attendees included Mr. Mohammed Nayeem (Chairman, Masah Holdings & MAN Constructions, Dubai), Mr. Althaf Kazi (CEO & Managing Partner, MAN Specialized Contracting, UAE), Mr. Mirza Naseem Beg (CEO & Managing Partner, Alpha Metals, Saudi Arabia & UAE), and Mr. Mohammed Misbah (Advisor to the Chairman). Representing BNW Developments were Mr. Ankur Aggarwal (Chairman & Founder) and Mr. Vivek Anand Oberoi (Managing Director & Co-founder).
Set against the backdrop of Ras Al Khaimah’s expanding urban vision and Al Marjan Island’s rising prominence as an investment hub, Aqua Arc is expected to be one of the city’s most significant residential developments in the coming years. Construction is slated to begin shortly.
Mohammed Abdul Nayeem noted, “This project represents a shared commitment to building long-term, high-quality communities in the UAE. The design and scope of Aqua Arc present the kind of engineering challenge we’ve successfully delivered on in other parts of the region.”
BNW Chairman Ankur Aggarwal added that selecting an experienced contractor was crucial given the architectural ambition of the project: “We see this partnership as essential to ensuring on-time delivery, quality execution, and long-term value for future residents and investors.”
“Aqua Arc is an example of BNW’s unwavering intent to reshape Ras Al Khaimah’s skyline with substance and soul. For us, every partnership is about shared values. Masah’s professionalism, structural expertise, and transparent processes align seamlessly with our own ethos of trust, ambition, and long-term value creation,” added Vivek Anand Oberoi, Managing Director & Co-founder of BNW Developments.
BNW has hinted at further regional expansion, including a possible entry into the Saudi Arabian market by 2026. Masah Group has previously delivered landmark projects such as Ajdan, Sulaiman Al Habib Hospitals, Almoosa Specialist Hospitals, and the Red Sea Global Terminal at the Red Sea International Airport.
