What initiatives is the company taking to create eco-friendly and sustainable products?
Everest has been a pioneer in the construction industry, with a legacy spanning over 90 years. In 1994, we ventured into manufacturing fiber cement boards to promote dry construction practices — a sustainable approach to building.Over the years, we have expanded our product portfolio to cater to evolving design and construction trends. Today, we offer a comprehensive range of solutions that enable faster, less resource-intensive, and environmentally friendly construction.
Our focus is on promoting dry construction practices and innovative building materials that align with sustainability goals. Our solutions offer superior benefits, such as promoting green construction practices to architects, consultants, and interior designers, and supporting the shift toward environmentally responsible building techniques.

What are the environmentally friendly features of your products?
We are one of the leading manufacturers of fiber cement boards. These versatile boards can be used for building drywalls, false ceilings, mezzanine floors, and cladding solutions. Our Fiber cement boards are certified as green because they are made using Portland cement, silica, fly ash, and a significant amount of recycled materials. This composition not only contributes to sustainability but also ensures durability. Fiber cement boards offer advantages of time and energy efficiency and environment benefits:

While a traditional wall takes 23-24 days to construct, a drywall can be completed in just 2-3 days. Drywalls produce minimal dust as the materials are pre-fabricated. They also save water (approximately 340 liters per square foot) compared to traditional construction methods. Our systems reduce heat transfer, maintaining ambient temperatures that are 5-7°C cooler, thereby lowering energy consumption for cooling. All these features make our products resource-efficient, environmentally friendly, and ideal for modern construction needs.
We not only provide eco-friendly products but also offer customized design and solutions tailored to specific requirements. For example, if an architect or interior designer has a unique need, our in-house design team collaborates with them to create the most suitable solution. This approach combines eco-consciousness with design efficiency, enabling us to provide a seamless service experience.

What real estate segments do you primarily serve?
Our products are widely used in commercial projects, as dry construction practices are more prevalent in this segment. For example, fiber cement boards are commonly utilized in warehouses, logistics facilities, and commercial spaces for partitions and cladding. We engage directly with builders and developers to demonstrate the long-term benefits of our products. While there may be an incidental upfront cost, the overall cost-benefit analysis shows significant savings over time. We also conduct digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness. Since many consumers research online before starting a project, we ensure our products and solutions are highly visible through keyword marketing and digital promotions.
The residential sector is still in a nascent stage when it comes to adopting dry construction. Many homeowners are unfamiliar with the benefits of drywalls compared to traditional methods. However, we are working to educate this segment through targeted campaigns, cost-benefit analyses, and showcasing the advantages of faster and more efficient construction.
