This residence is a sophisticated blend of factory-level accuracy and warmth. The project was delivered in just four months, a remarkable feat that saw the final result perfectly matching the initial design and, crucially, with zero unexpected cost increases.
The design philosophy is a balanced celebration of factory-finished components and unique, custom-made individuality. The layout was strategically planned for seamless, easy movement between the social and private zones, and an abundance of natural light into the interiors. Neutral tones, warm beige, soft greys, and muted walnut, create a serene canvas, while texture and depth is lent by architectural elements like fluted wall panels, brushed metal trims, and layered fabrics.
The main areas feature high-end materials like Italian marble and onyx, softened by textured paints, and enhanced by automated lighting and curtains. A large, chevron-patterned mirror in the dining area is used cleverly as a solar reflector to optimize light distribution, while a hidden panel near the kitchen entrance conceals the main electrical and connectivity hub.
Every piece of furniture including custom sofas, kitchen, and wardrobes are custom-fabricated and hand-assembled in-house, proving that design can be a reliable, high-quality architectural product delivered to strict specifications.
