Materials are not used as mere embellishments; rather, they are carefully selected and thoughtfully applied to support function, comfort, and longevity.

At the heart of meaningful architecture lies a thoughtful relationship between materials, space, and experience. This luxury residence reflects this approach through a balanced blend of classical sensibilities and contemporary design which demonstrates how carefully chosen materials can shape both the character and comfort of a home.
The exterior façade sets the tone with its clean lines and subtle detailing. Stone clad cantilevered balconies add depth and shadow, while wooden accents bring warmth to the overall composition. Large glass openings allow natural light to flow into the interiors, strengthening the connection between inside and outside. Weather sealed engineered wood and durable exterior finishes ensure long-term performance without compromising visual appeal.

A duco painted entrance door with glass accents leads into a foyer finished in Satvario marble and detailed with brass elements. Living areas feature rich wallpapers, subtle champagne leafing, and premium upholstery. Baccarat chandeliers add refinement while enhancing both lighting quality and spatial character.
Warm textures, layered finishes, and carefully selected furnishings define the private living spaces. Bedrooms on the first floor feature textured wall surfaces, muted fabrics, Roman blinds, and soft textiles. Circulation areas are enhanced with wainscotted walls, botanical wallpapers, herringbone patterned flooring, and subtle mouldings, creating visual rhythm and continuity.

The second floor is conceived as a social hub for gatherings and celebrations. Anchored by a party hall with a dramatic 30-ft. high ceiling, this level expresses material richness at scale. Layered lighting, intricate detailing, and rich surface finishes create an environment that feels grand yet balanced. Adjacent informal lounge and bar areas feature blue patterned flooring, warm wood finishes, and French doors that enhance spatial flow. Hand painted murals and curated lighting introduce moments of visual interest.
