India's Global Capability Center ecosystem crossed 2,117 centers in FY26, with 506 Forbes Global 2000 companies now operating one, according to the NASSCOM-Zinnov GCC Landscape 2026 report. A significant share of this expansion is driven by US enterprises, and Table Space is investing accordingly, building a dedicated Americas team equipped to advise these companies through the full arc of establishing, scaling, and running enterprise-grade operations in India. With John Hogan based in Chicago and Lindenberg in San Francisco, Table Space now has an on-the-ground presence spanning the Midwest and West Coast, two of the most active hubs for enterprises evaluating or expanding GCC operations in India, allowing the company to engage decision-makers closer to where those conversations actually happen.
Lindenberg brings more than two decades of experience advising global enterprises on cross-border real estate and workplace strategy. He joins from Colliers, where, as Senior Vice President, Global Occupier Services, he led enterprise real estate strategy for companies including 3M and SAP. He spent the prior two decades at JLL, managing transactions for Cisco Systems, Procter & Gamble, and Philips, and later led JLL's Chile business, tripling revenue and quadrupling headcount within two years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Finance from Georgetown University.
"Elias joins at a moment when the relationship between US enterprises and India has never been more consequential," said Kunal Mehra, President & Co-CEO, Table Space. "Alongside John Hogan, he strengthens a leadership team that understands both the ambitions of global companies and what it takes to deliver against them on the ground in India. This appointment reflects how seriously we take the US as a market not simply as a source of demand, but as a long-term partner in how enterprise workspace gets built in India."
"What drew me to Table Space is the chance to work at the intersection of two markets I know well," said Lindenberg. "Global enterprises are asking more sophisticated questions about how they operate in India today, and Table Space's model - enterprise-grade, fully managed, built for scale is well positioned to answer them. I'm looking forward to working with John and the team to deepen those relationships."
