There is a growing preference for using locally sourced materials. Rammed earth, cross-laminated timber, and natural stone are popular for their aesthetic appeal, durability, and low environmental impact.
The façade, for instance, embodies strength, character, and precision while maintaining an architectural autonomy. The interplay of materials like concrete, steel, and wood, layered with precision, create depth and texture.
