The allotment event, held at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Lucknow, witnessed an overwhelming response from investors and business owners, marking a significant milestone for the project. A total of 178 retail units were allotted during the event, reflecting strong market confidence in the development. Tower-D, envisioned as a part of an integrated commercial ecosystem, attracted a diverse mix of buyers, including local entrepreneurs, regional retailers, and investors seeking to capitalize on Lucknow’s rapidly evolving retail and consumption landscape.

Commenting on the development, Yash Miglani, Managing Director, Migsun Group, said, “The response to Tower-D has been extremely encouraging and reflects a broader shift taking place in emerging markets like Lucknow. Retail today is no longer just about space; it is about creating an ecosystem where businesses can grow and thrive. Buyers are increasingly focused on long-term value, consistent footfall, and locations that align with changing consumer behaviour. With Migsun Lucknow Central, our vision has been to create a destination that combines accessibility, visibility, and a thoughtfully curated retail environment. This allotment marks an important milestone, and we remain committed to contributing meaningfully to the city’s growing retail ecosystem.”

Strategically located along Shaheed Path, Migsun Lucknow Central has been conceptualized as a premium high-street retail destination that blends modern design with strong connectivity and visibility advantages. The project aims to address the increasing demand for organized, experience-driven retail spaces in the city.

The allotment process was conducted in a transparent and streamlined manner and saw participation from over 700 attendees. The strong response further highlights Lucknow’s emergence as a promising commercial real estate destination, driven by ongoing infrastructure development and a steadily expanding urban catchment.
