Maharashtra’s Cabinet Minister Shri Ashish Shelar along with Corporator Swapna Mhatre, District President Virendra Mhatre and Assistant Municipal Commissioner of H-West Ward Dinesh Pallewad from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) recently unveiled ‘The Five Elements’ art installations in Mumbai. Made by Notandas Realty and designed by renowned artist Ms. Sangeeta Babani, the installations aim to promote the beauty and culture of Bandra. Shri Shelar, who heads the Cultural Affairs and Information Technology Departments of the Maharashtra government unveiled 5 art installations at Linking Road junction at Bandra West.

Shri Shelar has been actively promoting art and cultural innovations across Mumbai and Maharashtra. He recently received the UNESCO World Heritage certificate for 12 Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj forts in France this year and celebrated cultural collaborations with artists at the Art Dec o Alive! Festival last year. In line with his vision, Notandas Realty has been at the forefront of promoting the culture transformation in the city. Through collaborations with several renowned artists for its projects in Mumbai, it has also made significant contributions to the public sphere by undertaking extensive beautification of surrounding areas with unique installations and curated artworks.

Through this initiative, Notandas Realty has not only improved the visual appeal but also created a cultural focal point. It has enriched the community's experience, leaving a lasting and positive legacy for the neighborhood. Having received an overwhelmingly positive response for its installation at Bandra, the organization plans to establish cultural installations across other localities of Mumbai in the coming months. Apart from the government officials, other dignitaries present during the inauguration included Mr. Harsh Jagwani, Managing Director, Notandas Realty and Mr. Mahesh Jagwani along with others.
