The skyline of Pithampur, a bustling city in central India, is transformed by a remarkable project: a G+3 pre-engineered building set to become a landmark. Designed with precision, the structure features an elegant façade wrapped in modern wall cladding, a harmonious blend of aesthetics and engineering.
Atop this innovative building, a one-meter column rises, symbolizing strength and resilience. This rooftop space, with its sweeping views, is envisioned as a gathering spot for creativity and collaboration, reflecting the spirit of the community it serves.
Adjacent to the main building is a boiler shed, measuring 51.525 meters in length and 20.9 meters in width, with an impressive clear height of 13.5 meters. Its design includes continuous louvers, providing ventilation while maintaining the structure’s sleek appearance.
What truly sets this project apart is its façade - the largest PEB façade in central India. This magnificent structure not just houses activities but sets high architectural standards in the region. A mezzanine constructed above, is dedicated to housing essential equipment to support the building’s operations. Underground, a UG tank building ensures a reliable water supply for the entire complex. Close by, a panal room, measuring 15 meters wide and 40 meters long, has perforated sheets that allow for efficient airflow, blending practicality with aesthetics.
The first building, the General Block Unit, commands attention with its dimensions: 127.240 meters in length and 66.740 meters in width, featuring a clear height of 4.6 meters. Full-height brick walls contribute to its imposing presence, while a security shed provides safety and oversight, measuring 33.3 meters wide and 11.8 meters long, and a clear height of 1.4 meters.
As construction progressed, the façade emerged with impressive diagonal lines spanning 127 meters, reaching heights of 20 meters. Horizontal and vertical runners add depth to the design, while circular columns provide both strength and elegance. Above, a standing seam roof of high durability, is designed to withstand natural climatic elements.
