Greenlam announces capacity expansion

Greenlam Industries, the largest producer of laminates in Asia, has increased the production capacity for laminates in its manufacturing unit in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh. The increase by 11.4% will bring the capacity to 15.62 million laminate sheets per annum. Saurabh Mittal, MD & CEO, Greenlam Industries said, "While the capital cost of this brownfield expansion is 25 crores, the expansion has the potential to generate revenue of ₹125 crores per annum on full capacity utilization. We will continue to add new dimensions within our company to better service our customers, architects and interior designers."

With its presence in over 100 countries, Greenlam products include end to end surfacing solutions spread across laminates, compacts, interior & exterior cladding, restroom cubicles & lockers, decorative veneers, engineered wooden floors and doors. The products are Greenguard eertified and anti-bacterial, thereby ensuring they are environment friendly and safe to use.
