Koemmerling India to Showcase Integrated Fenestration and Building Solutions at ZAK 2026

At a time when modern spaces are moving towards better-performing and more sustainable fenestration and façade systems, Koemmerling is bringing a host of options to the ZAK Doors & Windows Expo to be held at Yashobhoomi (IICC), New Delhi, from 10-12 December 2026. The display will include uPVC, aluminium window and door systems, façades, and polymer composite door and sheet solutions, offering an integrated response to the evolving needs of Indian architecture.

Koemmerling uPVC Windows & Doors

The core uPVC portfolio of Koemmerling will include advanced sliding door system, premium slide & fold door system, and its newly introduced 76 double seal casement system. These landmark uPVC door solutions bring a distinct design language to contemporary residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial spaces. Their expansive openings and refined visual proportions enable architects and designers to create spaces that are brighter, more open, and visually connected. Equipped with robust and multi chambered profiles, airtight sealing, and multi-glazing options, they give superior weather resistance, sound insulation, and energy-efficiency.

The space-saving design of the uPVC sliding doors makes them ideal for balconies of high-rise homes as no additional awning space is required for their operation. Designed to withstand demanding weather conditions, they offer enhanced resistance to harsh UV rays, high wind loads, and heavy rainfall, resulting in lasting performance and enhanced indoor comfort even in exposed locations.

In villas and individual houses, the sliding doors create a seamless connection between living rooms, patios, gardens, and terraces. With expansive glazing and streamlined design they create a brighter interior, extended visual space, and a continuous aesthetic to the overall architecture.

The uPVC slide & fold door is a premium solution, designed for luxury residences, high-end commercial, and hospitality spaces offering maximum openness, flexibility, and aesthetics. All the panels can fold and stack to one side, creating an opening of up to 6-meters wide. They are best suited for uninterrupted access between two spaces like living areas, terraces, lounges, restaurants, hotel lobbies, and event areas. When closed, the door functions as a partition allowing spaces to be divided without compromising visual openness or design continuity.

76 Double Seal uPVC Casement System

A new introduction to the Indian fenestration market, the Koemmerling 76 Double Seal uPVC Casement System brings the next level of premium specifications to high-end Indian projects. Successful in European markets, it offers high insulation and advanced performance. The system’s display at ZAK will offer the architecture and construction community an opportunity to experience its capabilities and explore its potential for luxury villas, high-end hotels, and landmark projects.

Koemmerling Aluminium Windows & Doors

Koemmerling Aluminium window and door systems are designed for projects where architecture calls for expansive views, minimal frames and a strong visual connection between the built environment and its surroundings. On display will be the slimline Valour sliding system, the Grande casement door system, and the newly introduced Allure S46 minimal sliding system.

The Valour sliding system is best suited to residential and light commercial applications where clean sightlines, natural daylight and efficient performance are desired. It can support balcony enclosures, living areas, interior partitions and other spaces.

The Grande casement system, on the other hand, is intended for larger and more prominent architectural openings. Its large format suits premium residences, hospitality projects and commercial developments where the entrance is central to the design expression.

The new Allure S46 (KS46.1 SL ES) is a minimal sliding system with a fully concealed frame on all sides. It creates expansive walls of glass that slide open effortlessly, with a slim 20-mm interlock sightline for a near seamless closure, resulting in minimalism along with strength.

Across the range, slim profiles let the glazing take center stage, making rooms brighter, offering wider views and a stronger sense of openness.

Koemmerling Façade Systems

Koemmerling’s EFP 65 Unitised Curtain Wall System was developed for contemporary buildings where construction speed, consistent quality and architectural flexibility are crucial. It is prefabricated in a controlled environment, ensuring greater consistency in finish, accuracy and overall quality. This brings a more coordinated approach to façade construction by combining factory-controlled precision with efficient onsite installation.

The completed façade units are delivered to the project site just-in-time, supporting faster installation with smaller teams and reducing dependence on scaffolding and expensive cranes. UCW is highly relevant to large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional developments, where time is a constraint and requires faster installation.

For architects and designers, EFP 65 UCW offers the freedom to shape distinctive building exteriors through integrated canopies, external cover caps, and solar panel and stone panel solutions. Concealed ventilation windows can also be incorporated without interrupting the façade’s clean visual lines.

KömaDoor Polymer Composite Doors and KömaBoard Sheets

The KömaDoor polymer composite door solutions and the KömaBoard sheets extend the company’s offerings into durable WPC doors and interior applications. KömaDoor is resistant to moisture, termites, borers, warping, rot and mildew, making it a low-maintenance alternative to conventional wood-based materials, particularly in environments exposed to humidity, temperature changes and everyday wear.

The complete KömaDoor solution includes door frames, solid door panels and architraves. This holistic solution gives architects and designers the flexibility to create customized doors with the strength of durable frames; explore various shapes, sizes and surface finishes of door panels; and complete the whole look of a door system with architraves.

KömaBoard sheets demonstrate further possibilities for interior panels, partitions, furniture elements, wall features, door components and other customized applications. Together, KömaDoor and KömaBoard provide builders, fabricators, designers and developers with durable and versatile materials for creating resilient, refined and low-maintenance interiors.
