Bhutani Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has kickstarted a mega Plastic Waste Management Drive. The company has joined forces with Indian Pollution Control Association (IPCA), a not-for-profit organisation, to collect plastic waste and safely dispose off the segregated waste or send it for recycling.

Under this initiative, the IPCA has already collected and recycled 1223 kgs of plastic waste in the month of October. Bhutani Group is also conducting a public awareness campaign against the growing menace of plastic waste, besides conducting an awareness drive among its employees and communities through its CSR arm ‘Bhutani Care.’ The campaign has witnessed keen participation and tremendous response from all the stakeholders of society.

Ashish Bhutani, CEO, Bhutani Group said, “As plastic pollution has become a growing menace, Bhutani Group is committed to ensure environmentally sustainable management of plastic waste as a company. Together with IPCA, we aim to reduce, recycle, and reuse plastic waste through our ongoing initiatives.”
