Besides, uPVC is energy-efficient, environment friendly, fire-retardant, economical and maintenance free, has strong resistant to weather and water, and helps gain extremely high sound and efficient thermal insulation. Divulging on the potential segments for uPVC window systems, Mr. Jain says, "While residential has started turning to uPVC, hospitality and healthcare industries are the two next promising segments showing immense growth potentials. For hotels, uPVC is the most suitable to bring comfort to the guests as it helps keep them cool and at the same time, away from the outside world owing to its unmatched thermal and sound insulation properties. What's more, it facilitates faster completion of the projects as it can deliver finished products in 60% less time when compared to the mostly preferred wooden windows."
Mr. Jain informs that the company is currently associated with two big names in the realty world – Ansal Construction and Supertech for 2,000 and 3,000 windows, respectively. Apart from metros, the company expects more business to come from tier II and tier III cities which include Ludhiana, Raipur, Patna, Siliguri, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Chandigarh, etc. for the next round of growth.
