Invisible But Safe

Invisible Grills are fast replacing the traditional box type grills in modern high-rise buildings in metro cities, avers Chirag Gada, MD, Chirag Nettings

Invisible But Safe - Invisible Grills

What are the features of Chirag Nettings’ Invisible Grills?
Our Invisible Grills are made of superior quality stainless steel of 316 L, in diameters of 2.5mm to 3mm. We also use superior quality bolts along with a nylon washer. The SS cords have either co-polymer coated nylon coating or a heat resistant Teflon coating.

The tracks are made of T-6063 alloy and are available in grey or white colour so that they can blend with any window type. The aluminum sections are of two types: a light section of 25mm thickness and a heavy section of 32mm thickness.

What response are you seeing from developers and homeowners for your Invisible Grills?
Box-type grills commonly seen on French windows have now become obsolete as they do not provide enough protection and they also spoil the aesthetics of a building. Also, French windows pose a threat from the safety aspect, especially for children, pets, and the elderly residents. Birds, pigeons, and crows can also easily enter the apartment.

Moreover, invisible grills provide an unblocked view unlike box-type grills and pigeon nets, owing to a gap of 2-4 inches between the cords. So, they serve a dual purpose of providing safety and allowing panoramic views of the outside. The grills can be used on casement windows, staircases, balconies, and on rooftop terrace gardens. Plus, the stainless-steel cables used for making the grills can withstand a lateral load of up to a massive 400kg.

What maintenance and care are required after installation of the Invisible Grills?
Our high-quality stainless-steel cords and aluminum tracks do not face the problem of rusting, so there is no need for regular painting. Also, the cords’ coating prevents dust from settling on them, so there is no pitting corrosion. As per our 20 years of experience in this field, this product can easily last for 10 years or more.

The company offers a 5-year warranty along with installation. We can install the grills in one day simply by fixing them horizontally and vertically at 2 or 4- inch spaces. They are fastened onto the frames mounted on windows or balconies.
