It is easy to make door frames and children’s furniture as the sheets are easy to cut and easy to mould. Since the finished product will not have long fibres, it is safe to be used by little kids.

Density from 550 kg/cum to 650 kg/cum is the perfect fit for screwing and screw holding applications. The regular method of carpentry with WPVC foam sheet works well with ‘screw and solvent’ mechanism.
