WPVC foam sheets have raised a lot of curiosity on questions since their introduction in the Indian market, largely due to their unique properties and manufacturing technology. While all wood panels – from particle boards, MDF, plywood, and block boards, to door skins - are manufactured using the pressing technology, WPC is produced by using the extrusion technology. Its manufacturing is based on an extensive knowledge of polymer processing, formulations, chemicals, and technical know-how.
WPC is a polymer and thermoplastic in nature. Since it can be re-cycled, we can save our natural resources. Its other advantages include moisture and termite resistance. Due to its numerous properties, WPC is being accepted as a lifetime investment product by the Indian lower middle-class.

The surface of the foam sheets is polished, even, grain-less, non-porous, clean, and calibration free. They can be printed, painted, and coated directly. This ready-to-use product enables total carcase applications and is considered the best product for joinery systems as it can be joined or sandwiched very fast with PVC Solvent Cement. This is the fastest technique for WPVC boards for making various product compositions.
Whether it’s a 35 to 100 mm thick solid structure, or a curvilinear chair or tripod, or furniture for children, one can quickly and easily make them with WPVC sheets and solvent cement. It is easy to make door frames and children’s furniture as the sheets are easy to cut and easy to mould. Since the finished product will not have long fibres, it is safe to be used by little kids.
Due to their various advantages, including resistance to moisture and termite, and being easy to use, WPVC foam sheets are finding application in kitchen carcases, wardrobes, office cubicles, overhead units, and in bathroom furniture

Density from 550 kg/cum to 650 kg/cum is the perfect fit for screwing and screw holding applications. The regular method of carpentry with WPVC foam sheet works well with ‘screw and solvent’ mechanism. The process is similar to the plywood and water-based adhesive system, but in the case of WPVC, it takes only minutes instead of hours. The final structure will be moisture-proof, termite-proof, and may even come with a buyback warrantee.
