Located at Sriperumbudur in the outskirts of Chennai, the IGBC-certified industry 4.0 ready, smart KONE facility is the largest elevator manufacturing plant in India, South Asia and South East Asia. The facility has been awarded the coveted Platinum and Gold rating for the administrative and factory buildings, respectively, by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as per their rating standards.
The painted elevators are finished to perfection at the highly advanced paint plant that features the latest powder coating technology. Here, panels undergo a 7-stage pre-treatment process, while superior finish and assured durability ensure a long life of KONE elevators.
