The job involved retrofitting of triple glazed noise proof windows and a sun heat-controlled conservatory at the GIZ Headquarters (business wing of the German Embassy) in New Delhi. Lingel, along with its German R&D team, undertook development and onsite planning with the steel contractor, and took the entire responsibility of fabrication for each window as per actual size, due to onsite fabrication tolerances of the steel sub-frames.

Execution and Timeline

All our products are fabricated as per actual size.

Responsibility of correct measurements are with Lingel only.

Our site team coordinates with the civil contractor, other relevant agencies, architects and provides the final action plan to the customer / project management.

This project went very well on time as coordination was done directly with German in-house Architect Roth. Work could happen only on Saturday and Sunday at predefined location as the office had to be kept empty. Work executed under running condition.

Quality

Lingel is certified ISO 9001/2015 since 2010. Fabrication of windows and doors is done as per UWDMA guideline and UWDMA proposed BIS standard for uPVC doors and windows as well as EN 12608.
