Unique features
- Noise reduction: Vasant Vihar is impacted by the take-off and landing of airplanes at IGIA Delhi.
- The execution of work was done while office continued to run.
- The old wooden windows were removed along with the existing conservatory, while breaking the complete plaster and partly the brick walls.
- Plastering of the surfaces to create an accurate opening, window installation with PU filling, silicone and POP work to create the unique product finish.
- Designing the fixing position and outer size of the vertical venetian blinds, so that the window can fully open without clashing into the blind system
- An inbuilt insect pleated mesh on the outside was provided and covered inside a box to protect the screen from the environment.
- Installing world-class conservatory while giving end-to-end solutions to minimize heat loss to the value of a Brick wall. The unit has a motorized remote-controlled sun shield (awning) to protect the glass roof from heating up during the sunshine hours of the day.
- An in-built wind sensor sends a signal during heavy wind to the control panel and the sun shield closes automatically to avoid damages

Execution and Timeline
All our products are fabricated as per actual size.
Responsibility of correct measurements are with Lingel only.
Our site team coordinates with the civil contractor, other relevant agencies, architects and provides the final action plan to the customer / project management.
This project went very well on time as coordination was done directly with German in-house Architect Roth. Work could happen only on Saturday and Sunday at predefined location as the office had to be kept empty. Work executed under running condition.
Quality
Lingel is certified ISO 9001/2015 since 2010. Fabrication of windows and doors is done as per UWDMA guideline and UWDMA proposed BIS standard for uPVC doors and windows as well as EN 12608.
