The residence is designed to make things simple. The lounge has a TV built into a back panel in a brown-lacquered mirror for a sleek look. Design elements include origami birds brass sculpture perched upon a stunning table - a medley in wood, brass and stone, while dramatic accents such as light fixtures, brass artefacts, colourful curios and soft furnishings add a play of colours to the otherwise muted interiors.
Owner Jatin kapoor
I believe that a fresh, enveloping, and elegant home can positively impact the lives of its residents. For me, every unique design is born out of a passion for great interiors, powerful creativity and artistic spaces decorated with wall art and dramatic home accents in a variety of materials and colour combinations

Jatin Kapoor, Owner, Mantra One

Bespoke furniture reflective of contemporary and timeless designs, crafted out of high-quality wood and indigenous metals, gives the space an alluring charm. The neutral sofas are complemented by a pop of saffron yellow in two elegant armchairs flanked by custom-designed winged side tables hand-carved out of a single piece of wood. A chaise features regal griffin sculptures in die-cast brass. Ample sunshine streams into the apartment during the day, and, at night, the warm glow from the glass chandelier and the Victorian-inspired floor lamp create the desired ambience.
