Neeta Kumar, Founder & Interior Designer, Inhabit
Neeta’s retail outlet Inhabit came into being in 2004. An ISO certified company, it undertakes everything from designing and manufacturing, to marketing and distribution, to delivering and installing. The firm’s services and products have become the first choice of discerning homeowners looking for unique creations to adorn their living and work areas.

My true achievement is when I give 100 percent to my work on hand. I was awarded women icon of the year, retail icon, and the most innovative interior and furniture designer, besides several other awards.

Challenges can be many but taking it up and working on it is the biggest challenge. In India, family support is the biggest cliche that could be the possible answer, but I beg to differ. We have to make a society that does not need to have these kinds of issues.
Taking up challenges and working on them is the biggest challenge as it requires grit, determination, and a never-give up attitude

To be an entrepreneur, the single most important quality is to get work done, which requires leadership skills. I am of the opinion that leaders can be made with continuous persistence, diligence, hard work, honesty, integrity and commitment.
