The fourth edition of fensterbau/frontale india, an International Exhibition & Conference on Window, Door and Façade Technology will take place from 27th Feb to 1 March 2014 at Pragati Maindan, New Delhi. Since the inception of the show in 2011, the exhibition growing and has attracted Industry Leaders. The event has managed to achieve a successful outcome by providing an effective learning platform, complimented with immense networking opportunities. The third edition of the show took place in Mumbai and saw participation from more than 9 countries and attracted 5,642 visitors.

An important highlight at the exhibition will be the Innovation Gallery showcasing the winning entries of leading Indian Architects who have incorporated green technologies in their work.

Energy efficiency is extremely important in the Indian building boom. Modern technologies and prefabricated units can make a key contribution here. "Glass, windows and facades are a major factor of every building. For example, the right choice of glass and frames and professional installation can save up to 30% energy. The correct fenestration technology is necessary to make a building green and energy efficient at the same time, minimizing dependence on synthetic requirements of cooling, heating and lighting" says Ms. Sheetal Rakheja , President , International Fenestration Forum (IFF).

Aluk will be officially announcing their entry in the Indian Market at fensterbau/frontale india.
