The event, which will take place on June 14, 2019 at Hyatt Kalyani Nagar in Pune, will host a series of conference sessions by officers from the Urban Development Department, Municipal Corporation and Metropolitan Development Authorities across cities as part of the "New India". The B2B meetings aim to explore the best technological interventions that the cities can choose to adopt in each sector of urban infrastructure and real estate, along with eco-friendly construction materials at affordable prices. The day will end with #Time2Leap Awards, which will be the first platform to host the national level RERA chairmen program.
Nitika Shahi, Founder of Summentor Pro Business Consultants, said that this initiative was conceptualised based on surveys which included information gleaned from about 50,000 construction and real estate members, understanding key patterns, market statistics and supply chain analysis. The event aims to assist companies to invest in new transformative pockets, to see better business development, and the least damage to the environment.
