Two Horizon Center
DLF’s Two Horizon Center, a landmark commercial project on the Golf Course Road has been awarded LEED Platinum certification by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). This is an important milestone for both DLF and Two Horizon Center as this certification marks the real estate major’s sustained efforts towards long-term operational energy efficiency.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED – INDIA) rating system is licensed under U.S. Green Building Council to inspire and facilitate the development of sustainable buildings. The overall ratings were based on 5 elements of environmental categories which have been laid down by LEED – INDIA and comprise sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy & atmosphere, materials & resources, and indoor environment quality

The project successfully qualified under each one scoring a Platinum rating of 45+ points.

Its iconic sister building known as the One Horizon Center has also achieved LEED certification for Core and Shell Platinum by IGBC. The One Horizon Center building has been co-developed by DLF and the global real estate firm, Hines.

Commenting on this achievement, Mr. Aakash Ohri, Senior Executive Director, DLF5, said, “This certification is a motivation for us to continue our focus on sustainable energy consumption. We have demonstrated overall environment performance and undertaken some key initiatives towards sustainability like rain water harvesting, usage of 100% recycled water, state-of-the-art air filtration, plumbing and ventilation system which not only makes this project a marvel in terms of construction but also light years ahead of its time in sustainability.”
