The annual national convention of the Indian Institute of Architects (IIA)-NATCON 2016 will bring on stage prominent city leaders, more than 1,500 leading architects, urban planners and experts from India, the SAARC region and overseas, to be hosted in Bangalore from 1-3 December at Hotel Lalith Ashoka.

India is projected to be a 50% urban country by 2060, and the future lies in the success with which the country urbanises. IIA NATCON 2016 is intended to provoke architects and our industry partners to think at a fundamental level on what the Indian city should be, and to act as an agent of positive change.IIA NATCON 2016 is themed – Imagining the Indian City.

NATCON 2016 is announces a great line-up of speakers of renowned architects, urban designers / strategists and activists who have been making headlines from all over the world.
