CenturyPly launches VenLam
VenLam, an innovative product from Century Ply, offers the beauty of real wood, flexibility in application, comfort of working with high pressure laminates, superior lustre and increased durability. As the name suggests, it is a combination of veneers and laminates, made by a technical process whereby decorative face veneer layers and layers of impregnated Kraft paper are fused together. It is resistant to boiling water, termites and CenturyPly launches VenLam borers, and conforms to E1 grade in formaldehyde emission standard.

Being lightweight, VenLam can be used in doors of kitchens and modular furniture, and in cupboards where one side of the ply is 3.5mm veneer and the other is of 1mm laminates (mostly inside) which causes problem in balancing. VenLam resolves this issue. There are 17 varieties of designs available in size 8*4ft and thickness of 1.0mm.
