Challenges
The challenge of executing three individual villas for three family members with more than 300 windows in total within the same plot following individual designs, taste and aesthetics and maintaining the overall look of all the villas as a unified structure.
The challenge was to unite the different aesthetic expectation by the owners so that the overall concept of the building remained the same. Multiple sample approvals made the project speed slow but as per the time frame calculated and given by the owner.
With an overall execution time of more than 2.5 years to handover each and every window as an individual masterpiece to the customer was a challenge that we have achieved very successfully

Initiative
Based on development with Lingel’s German R&D team at the company’s headquarters, and onsite planning with the steel contractor, Lingel took the entire responsibility of fabrication of each window as per the actual size and as per the onsite fabrication tolerances of the steel sub-frames.
- Installing of more than 300 individual sized doors and windows with more than 500 glasses in total, with inbuilt security grill as per colour chosen by the customer
- Special handle colour and design developed for the project
- Special McCoy chain meshes
- Providing internal uPVC doors confirming each height individually as per actual site measurement. Internal doors also executed as uPVC doors and with uniformity
All Lingel products are fabricated as per actual size. The company undertakes responsibility of correct measurement. Its onsite team coordinates with the civil contractor and relevant agencies as well as the architects and provides the final action plan to the customer / project management. This particular project took time in execution as it was planned to be a masterpiece by the architect as well as the owner families.
Lingel is a certified ISO 9001/2015 since 2010. Fabrication of windows and doors is done as per UWDMA guidelines and UWDMA proposed BIS standards for uPVC doors and windows as well as EN 12608
